To be yourself in a world of boxes, rules, expectations, responsibilities, and judgments is an art in itself.
An art that I believe we can only practice together.
With my work, I support companies and organizations build authentic communication and relationships within their teams.
Below is a glimpse of what I can offer to help your organization thrive.

Here are some examples:
• Mastering Difficult Conversations - From conflict to connection
• From Tension to Transformation - Tools for Collaborative decision making

• Speaking with Purpose - Clarity and courage in communication
• Feedback Foundations - Giving and receiving constructive feedback

• Stress Proof - Tools for handling, tension, pressure, and stressful communication
• Embracing Change - How we navigate change makes the difference!
Trainings
My trainings take a longer period of time with the same group of people, to dive deeper into specific topics (such as the workshop examples above). This is a great way to integrate the matter into your organization, group, school or company. All of my trainings are grounded and marinated in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). On request, I also offer in-house courses that specifically focus on the basic intentions and tools of NVC

• Developing Support Networks
• Mediation
• Team support sessions

“I felt comfortable and connected. I loved how you had many different ways of explaining. It really gave me insights into myself.”
- Mirjam
“Tamara has the capacity to empathise with people. She easily connects the dots and understands the purpose of the project. I think this is because she has experience in many different fields and she brings in the right people from her network. She is very creative and she has her own approach to things.”
- Pim
“I felt very comfortable with your energy, the way you make use of your own experiences and by the way you actively ask people to share.”
- Riejet
"I love your caring and emphatic nature and ability to feel, tune and care for others and holding space for them in a very clean way that encourages self-work within others and that doesn't take in charge where they can do the work for themselves. "
- Ariane
At the heart of everything I do, I view through the lens of these foundational principles, which guide my work, my connections, and the experiences I create.
Choice
“The power of choice lies in our ability to create the life we want. Every decision we make defines the path we walk tomorrow. And, we can always choose again."
Connection
“When we communicate from the heart and truly listen to each other’s needs, we cultivate relationships that are both authentic and meaningful. It all begins with human connection.”
Creativity
“Creativity is the gateway to possibility and change. It fuels innovation, creates choice, helps us to meet our needs, and leads us to places we never imagined.”
Curiosity
“Curiosity opens doors to possibilities. When we ask questions, we learn, we discover, we grow and we create a deeper connection with the world around us.”
“When we move from the heart, we create environments of safety, connection, and trust. It’s about offering attention and presence, where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves.”
Compassion
"I love your open character and how you can put people at ease with this. You show yourself so you also make yourself vulnerable, I think this also affects how people respond to you. I so appreciate your humour. It’s a really important part in contact and I always have to laugh really hard about you."
- Mirjam
"You are very careful and understanding in your communication. You have no judgements, you listen and check in with everybody. Very pleasant. I loved about your training that it was not only theory, but that it just happened. You are very good in this communication. You are authentic, you give me trust, you are soft, understanding, empathic and professional."
- Ed
“I loved seeing you dealing with questions, remarks and criticism. It showed me how we can navigate this without judgements.”
- anonymous
“I noticed you taking everyone seriously and you listen without judgements. I took that as an example.”
- anonymous
“You are fantastic at setting up and managing things. You see how it should be handled and you have the ability to communicate this to the people in a very clear way, where people see the same things that you think are important and you are very clear about that. And inspiring”
- Leonie
“Everything begins with connection. First with yourself, and then with those around you.”
The level of authenticity in your communication defines the quality of your relationships.
The quality of your relationships defines the quality of your life.
