I found out about a new store in town and with Pepijn I decide to peak in. I somehow want to connect to the sweetness of the little beds and clothes. The softness and pureness of the first moments of a new life. There is a crib, just like the one we used for Pepijn. And soft blankets and cloths to wrap my baby. Pepijn feels at home and starts to test the toddler beds. I am enjoying being in this space and imagine the dynamic when another human being will arrive in our home. Almost nobody knows about my pregnancy yet. It feels like I am secretly having this moment, connecting with the part of me that is the mother of a newborn. To the golden days of the start of life.
